The acting as the governor Vasily Golubev and the commercial director on real estate of the company Alexey Krause agreed about expansion of a retail network of large-format trade of the O' KAY company today, on June 19, on PMEF-2015.
In Rostov-on-Don, according to the contract, the third hypermarket – on Teatralny Avenue will be constructed. The land plot is already acquired, started preproject works. One more shop of a network will appear in Taganrog. There sites for construction on crossing of 2nd Sovetskoy St. and Mariupolsky Highway are also already redeemed, design is conducted.
The company plans to put hypermarkets into operation in 2016. The volume of investment on the project will make nearly 2,5 billion rubles. At the new enterprises 500 workplaces will be created.
