Investment council of the Rostov region Governor is permanent collegial advisory body calling to facilitate investment in economy of Rostov region.
The Council has created by establish of Rostov region Government of the 14th of November, 2011, № 128and realizes policyof Rostov region Government to attract investmentandcreation of most favorable conditions for investment activity.
There arein the Council:
- Chairman Vasiliy Yuryevich Golubev, Governor of Rostov region;
- Vice-Chairman Sergey Ivanovich Gorban, Vice-Governor of Rostov region;;
- representatives of legislative and executive authority of Rostov region, the territorial authoritie of federal executive.
If necessary the Council attracts participant in work representatives of power supply companies, regulatory authorities, territorial project, lending (financial) institutions, consulting agencies, research and other organizations.
