The Russian Government Commission on Lawmaking approved a complex of the documents urged to reduce time and financial expenditure of businessmen at registration of legal entities, import of goods and interaction with control supervisory authorities.
All bills are developed within the "road maps" created on a platform of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI) with the assistance of businessmen and taking into account their direct interests.
According to point 2 of "road map" "Optimization of procedures of registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and of federal laws "About limited liability companies" and "About the state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" is approved.
Granting to founders of legal entity of opportunity to act under the standard charter approved by authorized government body will become the main innovation of the bill. Now the legislator plans to allocate with the corresponding right only participants of limited liability company which is the most often used organizational and legal form in our country.
